Try SCORE (http://www.score.org/). Not only are they mentors, but they’re free to talk to. Plus, you can choose them based on their experience.

You say you’d enjoy being a mentor for some young entrepreneur, but do you really have the time for that right now? If this is true for you, consider where your ideal mentor might be. The mentor you describe sounds more like a friend to me. A true friend. When you start looking for friends, you may find none. But when you start being a friend, you find them everywhere. Personally I think a peer-to-peer entrepreneur type of networking is needed for the road ahead. Things are changing too rapidly these days. The bureaucratic dinosaurs are being left behind. Why not host a meetup group for local entrepreneurs who want to grow? The best way to learn something is to teach it.
