You should make this accessible to builders, remodelers, etc. It applies to anyone who is basically selling their talents. My new motto when they argue a price is, "but I know how to do it, and you don't." wish i’d read this years ago!!!

They've had a lot of bad experiences with past firms." Just learned that one this year. Pride told me I was better hence I could make his project a success. Man, was wrong. Turned into a very big pain, but rather than get into with the client, I just refunded the deposit and walked away happy. I think I even celebrated a little... “9.
