It's been good the whole way with very few, minor exceptions. Those exceptions are that perhaps 2-3 times there has been an issue with somebody not being able to hear me clearly, due to lost packets I would assume. However, these were definitely minor incidents and didn't cause any problems, and the last time it happened was at least a month ago. I only bring it up because they are the only problems I've had whatsoever.

From a customer service standpoint Jive has been awesome. They have quickly responded to every question or need I have had.

Josh, by now, you should have been using Jive for several months. What kind of experience have you had? Any problems or successes you didn't anticipate?

Wow. Josh, that's a huge step. I applaud your courage.

Lately I've been toying with the idea of leaving the virtual domain and renting some office space. (My logic has been that it'll motivate me to focus better and separate work/life.) But seeing a big, successful company go the other way makes me rething that. Best of luck to you! Let us know how things go and what complications you run into.

When you say "completely virtual" do you mean something on my computer like Skype or something? I guess at least one reason is I haven't received any recommendations in that direction.

Josh,
How come you chose Jive over a completely virtual system? I'm thinking of using something like this but was about to pull the trigger in another direction.
