Those exceptions are that perhaps 2-3 times there has been an issue with somebody not being able to hear me clearly, due to lost packets I would assume. However, these were definitely minor incidents and didn't cause any problems, and the last time it happened was at least a month ago. I only bring it up because they are the only problems I've had whatsoever. From a customer service standpoint Jive has been awesome. They have quickly responded to every question or need I have had. (My logic has been that it'll motivate me to focus better and separate work/life.) But seeing a big, successful company go the other way makes me rething that. Best of luck to you!
