I need a completely virtual solution to an office phone system. Even though my current system is a vast improvement over what I had before, it’s still too much. Too much hardware, too much money every month. What I’m looking for is an online solution that allows me to manage multiple phone numbers (i.e. MWI’s main phone number is 801.495.4110 but I have direct lines such as 801.495.4400 and I need to be able to determine where they point to), set up auto attendant rules, forward calls to my cell phone, forward voicemails as audio files to an email address, etc. OneBox seems to come pretty close but I don’t know anything about them or their service other than what’s on their website.
Anybody have any recommendations?
