The web provides some awesome opportunities but, as your examples show, many people don't take advantage of them. I've been trying to use the web to better connect my clients with LDS agents and realtors around the US. I have been surprised recently at how many LDS real estate professionals are contacting me about taking referrals. Either the economis slowdown is pusing agents to the web, or they are getting more tech savy. Jonathan Real Estate professionales are usually very conservative about embracing technology.
