Townhouse in Herriman Utah

No, I am not selling a townhouse in the city of Herriman, Utah. I am researching the possibility of buying one. So why is it that after 20 minutes of searching Google, trying to find someone who is selling townhouses in Herriman, I haven’t been able to find anything even close to information about what townhouses are for sale in the area?

I believe this is a perfect example of how some industries are slow to catch on. From what I can see, it would be a piece of cake to optimize the website for whatever company is selling townhomes in Herriman which, if there are other people like me looking, would greatly increase the number of people who would find what they are looking for which would have at least some chance of increasing sales.

But instead I get search results for all sorts of things that aren’t close to what I’m looking for. And I can tell from what’s being pulled up that many of the sites aren’t even trying to get ranked for a keyword phrase like “townhouse herriman utah.”

And yes, in case you’re wondering if there are any townhomes for sale in Herriman, there certainly are. There are quite a few that I drove past today, and I’m sure whoever is selling them wouldn’t mind more people calling. So if you happen to be the person in charge of selling townhouses in Herriman, Utah, drop me a line. I’ll help you sell an extra townhouse each month, and all I want in trade is a free townhouse. Deal?

But seriously, it’s frustrating when I’m searching on Google and I want to buy something, I know someone out there wants to sell it to me, and yet I can’t find them because they haven’t made it easy for me to find them. It’s especially frustrating when it’s a large-ticket item that is probably accompanied by a substantial amount of marketing dollars being spent on TV, radio, billboards, newspapers, etc., and yet nothing is being spent on search engine optimization which would be the cheapest of any of those mediums and could potentially have a much higher return on investment.

Are you talking about new townhouse developments or existing townhouses represented by realtors?

We are considering moving to Herriman as soon as we sell our house in Las Vegas. It will go on the market in the next couple of weeks.

Either one. Nothing comes up that’s very useful.

The only new townhouse communtiy I know of in Herriman is The Boulders by Garbett Homes. If you go to garbetthomes.com you can like to that community. It is very nice and very reasonably priced.

Just goes to show that there are plenty of niches out there left to be filled. Usually when I run up against a dead-end like you seem to have found I eventually discover it is not the failure of the search engine to find what I am looking for but rather individual webmasters who in their ignorance don’t submit their niche sites or do a lousy job providing SEO data.
