		<description>You are probably going to have to completely remove everything, including outlook.  Then clean up residual files while running in safe-mode.  

Another thing to verify is that you disable anti-virus programs while trying to install.</description>

You probably know that I am a Mac guy. With that being said, Windows 7 is the business. It&#039;s so good, that I honestly toy (though probably won&#039;t) with going back. And... it&#039;s got a free release candidate out right now. So, load up some vmware, and install a Windows 7 machine. I know that seems like a long way around your issue, and no, it doesn&#039;t fix the problem, but, I think you will also fall in love with Windows 7 while you&#039;re at it.</description>
