Rental Property Management in Utah

None of you has any clue why I’m asking this, so don’t even try to figure it out. Does anyone out there know anything about property management? That is, you have a townhouse or a house you want to rent out, so you contact a property management company that gets it rented for you, does background checks on the renters, checks in on the place to make sure it’s ok. Does anyone know anything about those types of companies? If so, contact me at jsteimle@mwi.com.

Thanks, all.

Utah has certain laws on how many properties you can manage (new law) without having a real estate license.

They usually charge about 10 percent of the rent to manage the property.
