MWI looks good. It's professional and definitely ranked. My biggest concern would be keeping content and file names/structure the same. We monitor other web design firms actually quite frequently - and you guys are all over the place for the right phrases. Don't mess with that or you may regret it. As for redesign - maybe you could throw in a few bolder colors perhaps of the same palette, update the home page portfolio and add some new images - and the site would look fresh.
