Hi, this is the first time commenting on your blog. I ran into it when I googled “HBS”. Anyways maybe if you found someone at your company who doesn’t really do a whole lot you can convert them into an assistant or just hire one?

I live in the same part of town as you and always see the cyclists huffing up Highland at all hours of the day. I can’t even seem to find time to get to the gym that is only a 5 minute walk for me. Maybe I am too lazy…
