Ah yes, the Aeron Chair…. I too have sworn by these chairs for years. Mostly, because they keep me cooler – and I love a cool work environment. Recently however, I have switched to the Mirra Chair. It is much better on the back, and the corners at the tops do make for very forgiving headrests.

I honestly believe it’s a lot easier than some people think. At least it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I think there are a fair amount of entrepreneurs out there who think they’re suffering because they have to, when in reality all they have to do is make some different choices. Of course a few months ago I would have told you I had exhausted all my choices, but now that I am where I am I can see that it was within my control all the time, I just didn’t see it.

Well stated. Too bad it’s not as easy as you make it sound.
I think it’s great that you’ve had so much more success lately with your more active lifestyle and working fewer hours.
