		<description>That&#039;s pretty funny. We had an old CRX that ran great but wouldn&#039;t pass emissions. The last place we had it parked it on the street. They told us it basically needed a new engine, which wasn&#039;t really feasible for us (monetarily). When we went to pick it up, they had messed with the idle (it wouldn&#039;t pass because it was set high - it was set high so it wouldn&#039;t just shut off immediately after being started) so it wouldn&#039;t start. I guess I procrastinated too long and when I went back for the third time to try and get it home it was just gone.

I haven&#039;t heard it or anyone else in relation to it since.
